MICHAEL L. MATUSKA

Born in Livermore, California, Mike received his J.D. from the University of California at Davis, where he served on both the Neumiller and Traynor Moot Court Teams.

Licensed to practice in both California and Nevada, Mike devotes much of his practice to civil ligitation matters, including real estate issues, title and boundary disputes, and creditor representation.  Mike has authored or co-authored a variety of legal publications on topics including survey law and evictions, and is a qualified arbitrator for the Nevada Supreme Court.
