T. SCOTT BROOKE

Originally from Fort Lewis, Washington, Scott received his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California.  Before becoming a founding partner at Brooke • Shaw, Scott served as general counsel to a San Joaquin Valley agribusiness and practiced with a large Los Angeles law firm.

Licensed as an attorney in both Nevada and California, Scott offers clients extensive experience in real estate, water law, construction, and homeowners' association matters.  Outside the courtroom and boardroom, Scott serves as a mediator for clients seeking alternative dispute resolution.
